Our Financial Analysis measures the gap between the market value of the services provided and the income generated from those services. We look at a number of factors, including but not limited to product line, payor mix, charge capture, coding and accounts receivable, to determine what ought to be collected based on practice service levels. With the data in hand from our comprehensive analysis, we can analyze where revenue is being lost and prescribe solutions for successfully capturing all practice income.
The Operational Assessment looks at all of the business processes as a practice manager, from medical records and office computerization to marketing and office policies, to determine if the practice is operating as effectively and efficiently as possible to optimize profits on practice income.
Financial Performance Monitoring is an ideal and inexpensive way to keep track of the financial performance of the practice on a monthly or quarterly basis. We do the practice manager work of reviewing the key financial indicators and condensing those data into a concise and useful report that we review with you.
