With experience in a diversity of industries, Curt is well-suited to run PMRG and to provide the leadership for it’s ongoing growth. His vision for what a company can be and how it serves its clients guides all of PMRG’s decisions.

Curt has served as a CEO of a software services company, a VP of sales for a venture-funded technology start-up, a training executive at a global training and development company, a program leader delivering transformational programs and a lead developer and trainer for a training company delivering productivity workshops. He has a BA in Psychology and Environmental Studies from Oberlin College. Curt is married – he and his wife Kirsten have been married since 1992 they have a grown son and daughter.. He is an avid golfer, meditator and vegetable gardener. He keeps a flock of backyard chickens and plays the piano regularly.
